Participants are encouraged to register for the conference early to take advantage of the reduced fee and to ensure that their accommodation requirements are met. Please complete the registration form and return to the Administrative Secretariat along with appropriate fees.

Note:

• Conference Registration Fee for regular participants includes opening ceremony, welcome reception, technical program, vendor exhibits, a copy of the conference proceedings, refreshment breaks, and closing ceremony.
• Student fee does not include admission to welcome reception nor banquet.
• Students must submit a proof of full time student status.
• Tutorial registration fees include tutorial materials and coffee breaks.
• The exchange rate of US dollar is variable and is approximately £Ü1,500 per dollar as of January 1998.
• Please remember to specify the registrant' name and ICEC '98 on all payments.

 PAYMENT METHOD

Bank Draft

• Bank Draft should be made payable to 'International Center for Electronic Commerce'.
• Please specify your name and ICEC '98 on the Bank Draft before sending it to the ICEC '98 Secretariat.
• Personal checks or company checks will not be accepted.

Bank Transfer

• Wire transfer from your bank directly to the account below.
• A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the registration form.
• All bank transfer charges are to be paid by registrants :

• Only VISA and MasterCard are accepted.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

If you have already registered and find that you are unable to attend the Conference, you must notify the ICEC '98 Secretariat, in writing, of your request for a refund. Refunds will be made upon receipt of this written notice as follows:
