Proposals for tutorials, whether for half a day or a full day, should cover timely topics of interest to electronic commerce. The tutorials will be held during the first two days of the conference. The format for a tutorial proposal is as follows:

• Tutorial title, a 200 word abstract, and a brief outline.

Information on the speaker(s) should include the names, affiliations, addresses (post, telephone, fax and e-mail), publications, and envisioned activities during the tutorial.
